Michigan’s Grand Superintendent

Brandon Mullins
Grand Superintendent of Michigan

V.E. Sir Knight, Brandon Mullins serves as Michigan’s first Grand Superintendent. Following the founding of St. Gobban Saer Council No. 130 and Tully Cross Council No. 131, by members of Trinity Council No. 36, it was decided that having three councils, Michigan should leave the Midwest jurisdiction and become its own jurisdiction with its own Grand Superintendent. During his term as Great Chief, M.E. Sir Knight, Robert Officer appointed Mullins to the office of Grand Superintendent of Michigan, and Mullins was invested with the jewel of his office at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Grand Council at Masonic Week in Arlington, Virginia.

Mullins joined Trinity Council No. 36, Knight Masons on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2012, and served as Excellent Chief in 2018. Mullins brought about a number of changes during his time in Trinity Council’s moving line, including improvements in degreework, regalia, and collaboration with other Metro Detroit Irish fraternities through Trinity Council’s membership in the United Irish Societies and participation in the Detroit St. Patrick’s Parade. Mullins became Michigan Knight Masonry’s first Knight Commander of Zerubbabel in 2019 and continues to serve Trinity Council as Treasurer.
